Water Legacy Award and "Success Stories"

The Water Legacy Award recipient is selected based on significant contributions and lasting impacts on the future of water in the state. Past recipients of the award include Wayne Bossert, Joe Harkins, Pat Sauble, David Pope, Mike Hayden, and most recently, John Peck, Leland Rolfs, and Donald Whittemore.

“Success Stories” recipients are selected as an entity or individual taking extraordinary measures to conserve, reuse or adopt better practices to help ensure the future of our state’s water resources. "Success Stories" can be individuals, municipalities, companies or organizations.

Both the Water Legacy Award and the "Success Stories" are awarded based on submissions from State of Kansas citizens. We welcome any and all submissions through the appropriate forms below.
